Under no circumstance should anyone use this company or have anything to do with these people. I have filed a complaint with Texas Department of Insurance. They never return phone calls, they issue false...

Warning - You do not want to experience this insurance company.

Pathetic customer service, slow service, the claim reps are rude and do not return calls. I am going through a claim currently and both myself and the repair shop are having the worst time with this company....
